Dogs are carefully grouped based on size, temperament, and comfort level. We keep play groups small (5-7 dogs) and well managed to ensure a safe, positive experience for every dog.
Personal items like a favorite toy or blanket are welcome but optional. Food, beds, and blankets are always included in your pet’s stay, and you’re also welcome to bring your own if preferred. Any medications should be clearly labeled with instructions provided at check-in.
No appointment is needed to tour our facility. We’re an open-door location, and pet parents are welcome to stop by during business hours. Appointments are only required for pet services based on availability. You’re always welcome to call ahead if you’d like, but it’s completely optional for visits.
For the safety of all pets in our care, dogs and cats must be up to date on core vaccinations appropriate for their species. Our team will review requirements with you at check-in and is happy to answer any questions in advance.

Each pet receives individual attention from their assigned groomer. While multiple appointments are scheduled, pets are groomed separately with care taken to minimize stress and waiting time.
We always adjust to your pet’s comfort level. If a dog finds the dryer stressful, they may rest in their kennel and air-dry instead, even if it extends grooming time. A calm, positive experience always comes first.
Grooming typically includes bathing with pet-safe products, drying, nail trimming and grinding, ear cleaning, and haircut or styling as requested. Services are tailored to your pet’s needs and comfort level.
Yes. We offer a hypoallergenic shampoo line at no extra cost, or you may bring a prescription or medical shampoo for us to use. Teeth brushing (upon request) and anal gland checks can also be done during the appointment.
