We believe groomers should groom. We have a customer relations assistant during all business hours to answer calls, make appointments, communicate with customers, and cover the clerical aspects of all pet services from lodging to daycare to grooming! Your pet stylist can focus on what’s most important, your pet!  Pet’s receive one on one care from check in to check out with only their groomer.  This gives our stylists time to bond with your pet from the very beginning upon arrival.

Trained!

All staff are required to become certified in pet CPR and First Aid.  This certification process is offered through professional training specific to pets in our industry.
