At Idlewire Pet Care your canine family member gets lots of space and attention!
We have large indoor runs and a half acre of green, woodsy yard for your pet to play in. All dogs are taken out for scheduled play times, social time or potty breaks throughout the day. Activities are completely customizable for your pet and your budget!

Comfortable conditions!
We use an environmentally-friendly disinfectant that is safe and very effective. We also maintain a comfortable temperature range year-round with a dedicated furnace and air conditioning unit for the lodging spaces.
Safe and Healthy Environment!
We have daily, hourly and periodic disinfecting/cleaning procedures using the best products in the industry. They are environmentally friendly and safe for pets. These products, along with air filtration/fresh air, help us minimize contagious pathogens while also serving as a harmless alternative for canine/feline use when compared to outdated products such as bleach.
The air in the lodging facility is changed out at least every 30 minutes using a fresh air exchanger to keep the environment fresh and safe. Air in all lodging spaces is continuously filtered using high quality 5” Merv 11 filtration . Contained UV lighting technology is used to further minimize contagious pathogens by killing any that may sneak by physical filtration.
Tours are welcome anytime during our normal business hours! *Your pet may accompany you into the lobby but will need to remain there while you are on the tour.
Note: We require all dogs to be fully vaccinated (Rabies, Bordetella and DHPP) for the safety of all our guests.
Cat Lodging
At Idlewire Pet Care your feline family member is kept safe and comfortable!
We have clean, multi-level cat suites with multiple hammocks and platforms in each space. Our window suites include sunny vistas where cats can watch songbirds and outside activity!
Comfortable conditions!
Spacious/individual lodging, plush hammocks, climbing platforms and classical music are our choices for feline accommodations. Whether alone or with other cats in your family, our peaceful environment away from the canines will ensure your cat’s stay is a low stress experience!
